Sales Executive

Onix is looking for a Sales Executive to join our team of experts in either our Stavanger or Oslo office.

Our products give customers control over work equipment to prevent accidents, ensure compliance and help people come home from work safely.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving Onix`s growth by managing the full sales process with small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs). You will be responsible for prospecting, conducting high-volume outreach, run frequent sales meetings and close deals. You will be expected to maintain a high level of activity, respond quickly to market opportunities and consistently convert leads into paying customers.

This role demands a proactive and result-oriented personality who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is focused on meeting monthly sales targets. A strong understanding of SaaS and the ability to relate to operational challenges in industries such as energy (oil&gas), utilities, or maritime is a strong advantage.

Main responsibilities and tasks

  • Own and drive the full sales cycles – from prospecting to closing – focused on SMB customers.
  • Sell Onix Work licenses and services to new customers, articulating the value of our solution in a clear and compelling way.
  • Engage new leads through outbound efforts (calls, emails, Linkedin etc.) and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and activity goals in line with company objectives.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques, strategies and contribute to the optimization of the company`s go-to-market processes.
  • Stay informed about product developments and maintain the knowledge required to effectively present Onix Work to prospects.
  • Participate in relevant conferences and exhibitions.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years or more of B2B sales experience. Operational experience or knowledge in industries such as energy, utilities or maritime is a strong advantage.
  • Highly self-driven and motivated to close new business, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Be able to work independently while also adapting to established processes, routines and team collaboration.
  • Structured and disciplined, with good time management and prioritization skills.
  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of the English language.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
