Customer Success Manager

Onix is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team of experts in either our Oslo or Stavanger office.

Our products give customers control over work equipment to prevent accidents, ensure compliance and help people come home from work safely.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding existing customer relationships with a strong commercial focus. You will contribute to continuously improving processes that support the promotion and delivery of the company’s products and services.

Main responsibilities and tasks

  • Develop success plans for customers that outline their critical success factors and set realistic onboarding timelines, while taking overall responsibility for the entire customer journey
  • Drive future customer value through increased product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Manage follow-up for your customer portfolio
  • Be responsible for cross-selling and upselling within your portfolio, aligned with personal targets
  • Work closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure customer satisfaction at every stage

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience with B2B market.
  • A business-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results and value creation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
  • Experience in industries such as Energy, Maritime, or Utilities is a strong advantage, but not a requirement—curiosity and a willingness to learn go a long way.
