Office & Service Contract Manager
Onix is looking for an experienced Office & Service Contract Manager to join our team
As the Office & Service Contract Manager you will have the overall responsibility for the company’s customer Service Contracts and office function.
As our Office Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the office and help ensure everything runs smoothly and professionally. You are the administrative hub of the organization and will provide essential support to both management and employees. This is a varied role that requires someone who thrives on multitasking, maintains a clear overview, and brings structure and smile to everyday tasks.
The Office & Service Contract Manager shall ensure that quality, safety, and environment objectives are met during the planning and execution of own and colleagues’ work.

Service Contract Management
- Maintain and update customer Service Contract records in internal systems
- Support the sales and legal teams during Service Contract preparation and renewal
- Monitor Service Contract milestones and ensure timely follow-up on renewals and amendments
- Coordinate signature processes and ensure compliance with company policies
Supplier & Office Operations
- Manage the office administration function
- Act as the primary point of contact for office owner, office-related suppliers and service providers
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office
- Maintenance and operation of all facilities, including buildings and equipment and security systems
- Coordinate office layout changes, relocations, and expansions
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding logistics
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Collaborating with IT, HR, and team leads to ensure a seamless employee journey
General Administrative Support
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and process improvements across operations
- Assist with sending Onix Tag products to customers and other types of letters and packages
- Support internal compliance and internal audits as needed
Qualifications
Education:
University degree or certificate, it is also desirable to have additional training or courses within management.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience with business-to-business market and with business administration.
Experience in Service Contract administration, office coordination, or similar roles.
Relevant experience might compensate for the lack of formal education.
Characteristics:
Ability to absorb and communicate information, good leadership, and cooperation skills and with the ability to motivate others.
Accurate, organized, systematic, service-minded, efficient and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
Bonus: Experience with SaaS tools like Salesforce or a Service Contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
